As you get ready to activate your card, use the information below to verify your identity.
- Citibank credit card number
- 3 digit security code on the back of your card
- Last 4 digits of the cardholder’s social security number
- Cardholder’s date of birth
Once you provide the information above and click on the Continue button, you will proceed with the activation process. The activation does not take a long time.
Activate Card Via CitiManager Mobile App
Do you want to activate your card via the CitiManager mobile app instead of online at citimanager.com/login activate the card? Firstly, you will download the app to your mobile device or smartphone. You will download the app from App Store or Google Play. Before that, you are supposed to have an online account you can log in through the app.
- Log in to the app
- Look for activation info – that is activate a link
- Select credit card
- Scan your card
- Enter your CVV, date of birth, last 4 digits of your social security number
Activate Card Via Customer Service
You can call customer service for assistance. They are always there for you. Do you want them to activate your new card for you? You can call them via the toll-free number at the back of your card. Through that, you can speak with a representative. Better still, you can use the automated phone service for card activation.
