For a successful Cengage login, you first need to register an account by following the steps given below:

  1. Open your browser and visit login.cengage.com.

If you are registering as a student, then follow the below procedure:

  1. Click on “New Student User?”.
  2. On the next page, click on “Don’t have an account?”.
  3. Enter your Email address and click “Create a New Account”.
  4. Next, enter your First and Last Name and a Password in the spaces provided.
  5. Select a Security Question and enter its Answer in the given space.
  6. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu.
  7. Read and accept CengageBrain Service Agreement.
  8. Select whether you would like to receive emails regarding CengageBrain discounts and promotions.
  9. Click on “Create an Account”.
  10. If you are registering as a faculty user, then follow the below procedure:
  11. Click on “New Faculty User?”.
  12. Click “Continue” in the pop-up.
  13. Select your Location from the drop-down menu.
  14. Select your Institution Type and the distance you would like to search it in from the drop-down menus.
  15. Select your State and City from the drop-down menus, or enter your ZIP code.
  16. Next, select your Institution from the search results and click “Continue”.
  17. On the next page, provide your Account Information: First and Last Name, Email, and Password.
  18. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu.
  19. Select your Department from the drop-down menu.
  20. Enter your institution’s Phone number, Supervisor Name, Supervisor Phone number, and Supervisor Email.
  21. Select your Security Question and enter the Answer in the given space.
  22. Read and accept the License Agreement.
  23. Click “Register”.
