This all starts like a normal phone call that you make. However, start your conference call by calling one of the participants normally using the Dialer app. Now it all depends on you to let the other person know that you care about or going to add another group of persons to the chat.

As the call is still going on (iPhone), click on the “Add Call” button. Then, the first call will be placed on hold while you place the second call. Open the Phone app and call someone; after they answer, tap Add Call, tap the next person’s name in the contacts list, then tap Merge Calls.
