Mobile Device Login
To login using your mobile device, please follow these steps below:
- In your mobile browser go to Lord & Taylor’s homepage.
- Navigate to the login section.
- Enter your email address and Password in the fields provided.
- Then click the “Login” button to complete the login process.
Note: Lord & Taylor does not have apps for mobile users.
Web Login
For your PC, logging in is actually very easy. Just open your web browser and follow these steps below:

Troubleshooting and Help
If you have lost your email address forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it.
- Go to Lord & Taylor’s homepage and click on the “I forgot my password” link. It is right on the blue “Log in” button.
- Enter your date of birth, associate number and ZIP code in the fields provided.
- Go to the “Enter an Email” or “Enter a Password” section and type in your new email address/ new password.
- Confirm the new email address then click on the “Update” link. This can be found at the bottom of the page.
Your account may be locked due to too many failed login attempts. Should this happen, call a MyLordandTaylor customer care representative at 1-800-236-8890 to unlock the account.
