Automated Community Connection to Economic Self-Sufficiency is responsible for the state of Florida’s three economic self-sufficiency programs – cash assistance, Medicaid, and supplemental nutrition assistance. To access these services, you need to create an account at http://www.myflorida.com/accessflorida.MyAccessFlorida Login If you already have an account, we will show you how to login in to this guide and also how to troubleshoot any issue that might come up while doing this.

Mobile Device Login

To login using your mobile device, please follow these steps below:

  1. Open your mobile browser, and go to myaccessflorida account login page.
  2. At the homepage, navigate to the “Login or Create Your MyACCESS Account” link.
  3. Navigate to the “Returning Users” section.

For your PC, logging in is actually very easy. Just open your web browser and follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the MyAccessFlorida login page.
  2. Navigate to the Login or Create Your MyACCESS Account” link and click on it.
  3. Navigate to the “Returning Users” section, then enter your user ID and password in the provided fields.
  4. Then click the “Sign In” link to get to your account.

Troubleshooting and Help

To retrieve your user Id, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to MyaccessFlorida login page, and click the “Forgot User ID” link.
  2. You will be redirected to the User ID reset page.
  3. The page contains two sections, i.e., personal information, and case information.
  4. On the first section, provide your first namelast name, and date of birth.
  5. Move onto the next section
  6. Enter your case number and zip code into the first and second fields respectively.
  7. Type your payee’s first name and last name into the third and fourth fields respectively.
  8. Then type your payee’s date of birth into the last field. Click the “Next” button.
  9. On the next page, enter your new username.
  10. Reenter the user ID in the next slot.
  11. Click the “Submit” button to reset your user ID.

To reset your account’s password please follow these steps:

  1. Go to myaccessflorida login page, and click on the “Forgot Password” link.
  2. Enter your user ID, then click the “Next“ button.
  3. Provide answers to your security questions, and then click “Next“.
  4. Enter your new password into the first field.
  5. Reenter your password into the next field.
  6. Click the “Reset” button to create a new password.
