To sign up for your online account
Go to https://secure.myprepaidbalance.com. Click on the Create an Account link and fill the registration form.
The details they will demand include the following:
your email address, zip code, your date of birth, and some other personal details. Create your User ID and Password. Add your card details including your account number, your name as written on the card, the card expiration date, the CVV number on it, and the card number.
