The portal is split into two sections ( My groundbiz section and the Mygroundbiz account section).
However, MyGroundBiz section, contains news and information, links to vendors, success stories, vehicle sales. While, the MyGroundBizAccount section, contains information, such as Settlement/Charge statements, eForms, etc.

Follow the few steps below to Signup or create an account on MyGroundBiz portal
- Connect your device to the internet
- Go to your browser
- Next, visit buildagroundbiz.com
- Hit on “create a new account.” link
- It will redirect you to the information page.
- Type in your details i.e., your name, last name, country, city, and phone number.
- Then, you will receive a confirmation link on your email.
- Launch your email and tap on the confirmation link.
You’re now ready to use your account.
If you want to login to My Fedex Biz Account, here is a quick login steps;
- Navigate to the My Fedex Biz Account Self Service Portal official login page at https://mybizaccount.fedex.com/my.policy
- Move to the sign in section and key in your FedEx ID
- Enter your password
- Tap the “sign in” widget
Your FedEx ID is the 7 digit code on your FedEx ID badge
The first time you login, you will be required to change your password.
Also, you will need to change your password every 90 days Should incase you forget your password, you will need to call customer support executive at- 1-855-NEW-PSWD (1-855-639-7793).
You can’t access your account? Maybe your username or password do not match!
You are obviously entering an incorrect username and password combination. However, your username should be your 7-digit Contractor ID located on your FedEx ID badge.
Moreover, if you have login before and changed your password, but do not remember it, you can reset it. All you need is to pick up your phone and dial: 1-855-NEW-PSWD (1-855-639-7793).
Passwords are case-sensitive and you should fill it in with the proper uppercase and lowercase characters used when changing your password.
FedEx Independent Contractor Job Search
Independent contractor can search for work and job opportunities on the website. Thus, you can search using the opportunities search button. The tab should take you to FedEx ground build ground portal.
On the portal, proceed to search for job opportunities available on the site.
